jinteso Posted July 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2017 I have 2 cruises booked. 1 is paid in full, the other has a balance. The website will not show me the payment option for the one with a balance, only for the one without a balance. I know I can (and will) call NCL, but has anyone else ever seen this? The website doesn't even show me the balance due. TIA

NCL wouldn't be privy to what you paid or what payment schedule might exist.
Socalev Posted July 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2017 Yes, my march 2019 cruise will not allow me to make a payment. I booked thru CAS, used cruise next coupons, and paid a large deposit because it's a suite cabin. I have another cruise to pay for so I wasn't too concerned about payment now. khaide612 Posted July 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2017 I have been told there is a glitch in the system. That sometimes the payment option is there and sometimes it is not. My last 2 cruises it was not but my upcoming did have the option. My sister did not have the option to pay online for her cabin. My sister & I are sailing together but in separate cabins (same cruise, same date) and I booked both cabins through the same phone call via Casinos at Sea. Mine was through CAS too. No cruise next coupons though. Both of mine are suites. Since the first one is paid off, I want to pay the second one off before retirement in December. Based on the answers, it almost appears to be a glitch with the CAS software only since all of our cruises were booked through them.
