Allure and movies under the stars?

So I am going on my first RCCL cruise on the Allure in September, as all my previous cruises have been on Carnival. Does RCCl do anything like the Movies under the stars at night or show newer movies like Carnival? Just wondering, its a nice and relaxing thing to do.

 

Second, what are the deck parties like?

Royal does show movies on the Aquatheater screens, but there are no guest pools or hot tubs there.

Since Allure has the aquatheater, they do movies under the stars at the aqua theater. Other Royal ships do it at the pools. I just got off Allure and from what I remember they played the following movies: Lala Land, power rangers, The Founder, Moana. I forget the rest

Nice, that's almost sounds better. Plus, the movies are newer to me. I'm sure no free popcorn. Nothing like a bucket of beer or a drink while sitting watching a movie outdoors.

No free popcorn ...they did sell small bags for $10.00 ($? approx.) at a stand near the Aquatheater on our recent Harmony cruise.
