Final Payment Date Change.

Just read on Cruise Fever that from July 17th 2017, MSC will change the Final payment date from 60 to 90 days for future bookings, no idea if this applies to the UK or not.

Our final payment date has always been 10 weeks (70 days) out with TAs and also on our latest cruise booked thru' MSC. We have 2 more booked directly with MSC - must check what final payment date is advised.

 

PS ............... The final payment date with a TA for our upcoming cruise was 17 weeks (119 days) out!! Needless to say, we won't be booking with them, again. It totally threw our budget planning out as we sail every 3 months and final payment dates usually work out fine for us.

Bea ... Our Seaside final payment is 65 days before sailing which is near the end of October.

Your current bookings shouldn't be affected.

 

Travel agents I have used have been 12 weeks prior to sailing unless booked close to sail date of course.
