Do Haven guests still get concierge escort for tender ports?

Wondering with the change to Latitudes benefits ,which went into effect February 2017, have procedures changed for Tender Ports. Gold latitude members now get priority tender tickets along with Platinums. Do Haven guests still get escort to tender by concierge?? This used to be a perk of being a Suite guest.

(We have not sailed for a couple of years)

Thanks so much

Priority Tickets just allow you to "join the line" at any time without a set time ticket. On the Epic, once we "joined the line" there were 3 tenders groups of people in front of us and it took 30-45 minutes to get to the tender, before we could go ashore.

Havens and Suites guests are escorted down to the security checkpoint at the front of the line and allowed to immediately board the next tender.

This was also the case for us on Epic in March.

The priority escorting of Haven guests will occur for about the first one hour to one and 1/2 hours after the gangplanks open...after that Haven guests are on their own...but by then lines are usually negligible

Nope.

You can always call the concierge and skip the line (if there is one). I've had to do this a couple of times.

If it's a crappy concierge, then yeah, you're on your own -- which is the point of a concierge... you're not supposed to be.

In march we sailed on the Jewel. The concierge he escorted down to the tender and was also in port in the afternoon and prioritized us on return tenders.
