My Cruises

I spoke with customer service a few weeks ago about not being able to add the cruises I just booked to my "my cruises" page. They said it was a system-wide issue. I tried again today- no go. This time I just sent them an email. Anyone else struggling with this?

Thanks, Bob, but that didn't work either.

If you are a member, I'd try calling Crown & Anchor. Sounds like your reservation is locked out in some way, and maybe they can help.
