Ventura

Currently on Ventura in Lisbon. One question - why, when it has been/ and remains 75 degrees C, is the retractable roof on the second pool constantly closed? It's like a sauna .

Seems more like a public swimming pool rather than a cruise ship

Crikey, when we are in the Eastern Med and it is baking hot we'd be at the desk asking that question. I bet some of the sun worshippers aren't too happy with that one either.

Incidentally, make sure that you bring her home safely for us - not long for us to go now :-)

We were on Ventura last week and the roof was closed for the first 3 sea days after Southampton, but as soon as we reached Madeira they opened it.

We have 3 sea days before we arrive in Palma, but I would imagine that it would be open before this as the weather is getting pretty hot that way at the moment :-)
