Room Switching

Hi - I have read other threads about this issue in the past, but would appreciate some input about our situation. We are a group of friends traveling for a birthday celebration in late November. We originally booked 3 cabins for 6 of us, and then another friend joined us. We have 3 rooms located close together, and they are all different categories - a JS, an OV and an INT. There will be 3 people in the OV, and 2 each in the JS and INT. But things have switched around as to who is rooming with who in each room. 2 of the 3 in the OV want to be in the INT, and the 2 in the INT want to be in the OV with the 3rd person.

I can not change the names on the reservation because we have to keep one of the original names on each reservation.

Can we change it when we check in? Or once on board? To complicate it further, each individual will have their own credit card on their sea pass account.

Fix it all the way you want on board at GS.

Biker is correct. GS will make changes, but in general what they will probably do is give each person a duplicate room key. They may not actually switch you around, but give additional access cards for the other rooms.

 

As long as everyone has their own CC attached to their original room key, they will be charged for things they purchase with THAT ROOM KEY. If GS gives you additional room keys, they will be to unlock the door only, and not for charging.
