30 people hurt in a Skagway excursion accident

And, this is one of the reasons why I get travel insurance as primary coverage. Let the insurance company handle the paperwork while I seek treatment and possible medical evacuation.

Yes, 3 were flown out, to Juneau I assume.

There has been a depressingly large number of excursion accidents in Alaska. Sad because it's by far one of our favorite itineraries

I was just on the Mushers Camp excursion last month. The girl who drove our unibog was very careful. Things can happen to us anytime, anywhere.

I just hope that everyone recovers soon. That's a terrible thing to happen on vacation.
