cruiser123! Posted August 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2017 Greetings! We'll (me, hubby, 13 and 14 year olds) be in Antigua in March from the Jewel of the Seas. We are taking a ship excursion to go to the zip line/canopy. We get back to the ship around noon, but don't leave until 5. Is there anything you would recommend doing for a couple hours? I was debating taking a taxi to Shirley Heights, but nothing is jumping out. No beach or snorkeling for us. Everything else is open. Thanks! Rare jean87510 Posted August 13, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2017 Donkey sanctuary or reef riders if you change your mind about snorkeling. Sent from my SM-G955U using Forums mobile app

DougYWG Posted August 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 30, 2017 No dolphins. That would be Sting Ray City but if you are starting at noon you won't have enough time for that.
RMH Posted August 30, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 30, 2017 You could visit Fort Barrington or Fort James. Both are close to the port, but I believe Fort James is easier to get to by taxi.
