We are sailing out of Port Canaveral on Sunday and we are meeting 2 other families and vacationing together. Where is the best place for us to meet ? Is it feasible to think we can meet at the port,

or better to assume we should just wait until our cabins are ready ?

If you are sailing from terminal 1 (Royal Caribbean and NCL Epic), there's an area between the restaurant Grills and the terminal (to the left of the terminal) where you can easily meet and be out of the crowds. If you would rather be sitting, then I'd check-in and wait inside the terminal.

Are you coming in the day of the cruise or arriving the day before. We have had some nice precruise get together's at Fishlips, or Grills.

We fly in Sunday Morning. Our friends are driving in Sunday morning. Royal Caribbean, Oasis of the Seas

Then the info I gave about Terminal 1 above, and the info Capt_BJ gave about meeting at Grills is applicable to your sailing.

all arriving day of the cruise .... ??????

unless everyone is arriving REALLY EARLY in the boarding process (b4 8am)

I'd make arrangements to meet on the ship at a time and place

don't add a complicating factor to the whole process ......

but if you MUST .... I stick by my SHARK recommendation .....
