hawkman402 Posted August 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2017 I created a map last year of St. Thomas suggestions mentioned in the St. Thomas forum posts. You can zoom in to see some of the more cluttered areas. Let me know if I missed anything. Hope this helps. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1VUIgAqV40gfXOgIw4E7cTBihYYc&usp=sharing
Ms411 Posted August 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2017 Please remove Seven Arches Museum. It hasn't been open in months (years?), and people are looking for it because it's on the maps. Check the TripAdvisor reviews. Not sure if/when it will ever re-open. There are other attractions.
blue_water Posted August 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 15, 2017 (edited) Nice job hawkman Ms411 there are a lot of "other attractions", the trick is to keep the map easy to use and not cluttered with everything. I'm sure the OP can add any specific requests that are considered useful for new travelers. I would ask that Coconuts in CA be added as that's a popular spot for day visitors (and us!). And perhaps Cowpet Bay (Elysian Beach), that is less visited by day visitors, but it is a good option for those looking for a quiet beach on a busy day. Ms411 Posted August 15, 2017 #6 Share Posted August 15, 2017 The attractions that I think should be added are the Children's Museum in Grand Galleria and the Pirate/Shipwreck Museum. People are always asking for kids' activities. Is Magic Ice on the map? I'm replying from my phone now and map too hard to read. Thanks!

If not, I have the wrong thing.

hawkman402 Posted August 17, 2017 Author #11 Share Posted August 17, 2017 Glad it is useful. I have some more map links in my signature. Right now I am concentrating on my upcoming Western Caribbean cruise but will probably add a Tortola map eventually (from last year's cruise). me-shel Posted August 25, 2017 #17 Share Posted August 25, 2017 This is great, thank you!! I'm 'leading' our party of 9, but I'll be the only one scuba diving that day. Sharing this with the rest of our travelers to help them fend for themselves for a while! ;)
