rervousneck Posted August 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2017 Flights to Europe and a cruise. BP had been controlled by meds, but went to 185-200 over 120-130. DR changed Rx, but DW can't handle the new Rx. Dr. says she would stay home. Is it likely covered by our travel insurance. Booked within 14 days of first payment to cover preexisting conditions. any thoughts?
Rare Keith1010 Posted August 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2017 Best to not speculate and followup with your insurance company Sorry that she has this issue and hope she gets better. Keith
6rugrats Posted August 17, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 17, 2017 Thoughts? Follow your doctor's advice. Call your insurance company to discuss, and start a claim.
Babr Posted August 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 17, 2017 You say you purchased it within the required time frame to cover pre-existing conditions. It seems to me that the waiver is in place. If it turns out to be not the case, please come back and tell us why.
