Yes, they are the same. No 'outward' obstruction. Technically, the obstruction could be considered looking downward to the Deck 7 seating area, or the forward or aft views which are obscured by the riggings of the tenders. Larger balcony and a Great location!

Hi Everyone

 

Looking at these two obstructed cabins for upcoming cruise. I read that on the Royal they are not so obstructed, are they same configuration on the Regal?

Same same. Sister ships with same cabins and lifeboats and such all in same spots. View from Royal would be same view on Regal.
