Baron Barracuda Posted September 8, 2017 #26 Share Posted September 8, 2017 Here's a picture: OP standing at FLL, delayed for whatever reason watches plane take off without him. Sheepishly says to irate red-faced wife who is berating him for being an idiot: "well, all my cc friends thought it was a good idea". Don't be that guy. Toofarfromthesea Posted September 9, 2017 #27 Share Posted September 9, 2017 It will be fine. Unless it isn't. Guaranteed.
gandalfcat Posted September 9, 2017 #28 Share Posted September 9, 2017 It's not just getting off the ship. A couple years ago our arrival back in port was delayed 2+ hours after going off course related to passenger transport for a medical emergency. I always book flights for late afternoon Sent from my iPad using Forums

volk904 Posted September 9, 2017 #30 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Just walk off the ship. FLL is very easy. In general if the ship is not delayed you can walk off by 7:30. Customs is usually less than 45 min for early walk offs. 15 min cab ride to airport with a 30-45 min cushion.
