Is there a diamond plus discount for the drink package?

We are staying onboard the harmony of the seas and since it was all last minute there was no precruise planning. They've never heard of an onboard discount for drink packages. Does this exist or not - we're diamond plus? Thanks for the help.

Should be 30%. Ask one of the bartenders for a printout of your remaining on board perks and it should appear on that list.

The discount existed on my last two cruises on the Freedom in April and Oasis in August. Both times it was listed on the sheet that states all the D+ discounts that was in the stateroom upon boarding. When I bought the package onboard in April the person selling it didn't know about it until I mentioned it and he checked with a manager. I do not know if the package discount is fleet wide or specific to certain ships or is offered on all sailings.

It was 30% off in may on allure. But the onboard price was higher than the pre cruise price. Nearly a wash after the 30% off.

It was 30% off on Anthem in January, July, and August.

 

It was written in the letter of diamond Plus discounts they leave in your stateroom.

The loyalty ambassador updated our status and guest relations issued a 30% discount on the drink package we purchased yesterday. Thanks for the feedback, it was so helpful to know how to handle this.
