5280mom Posted September 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2017 We are booked and paid in full on a November Oasis sailing in two connecting balconies-adults in one room, two teens in other room. Do we have the option to upgrade to a grand suite and connecting balcony? We do not have any OBC but did receive the 50% off second guest in each room. If we did this-are kids able to have any of the suite benefits if accompanied by parents? Thanks for sharing any knowledge or experiences. You can upgrade anytime by paying the difference between what you have paid and the current price of the upgraded stateroom. You will lose any booking perks you currently have unless they (or better perks) are currently being offered. Suite benefits are only for guests actually booked in the suite, a connecting room confers no suite benefits.
AAA75 Posted September 17, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2017 You can upgrade your room, but it may be hard as rooms might not be available. I assume you want connecting state rooms if so there may not be any left. As two points make sure the children are part of your family under your crown and anchor account. SRF Posted September 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 17, 2017 Another point, after final payment, if the suite is less than what you have booked (two cabins to one suite) you get NO refund, not even extra OBC.
