cravecruising Posted September 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2017 We will be departing Explorer of the Seas on Friday, October 6. Our flight does not leave until 10:30pm, and we would like to spend the day sightseeing on our own. However, we will obviously have our luggage with us. We are looking for any suggestions as to what to do with our luggage once we get off of the ship while we go sightseeing. The cruise line is offering Luggage Valet for $25 per person, but we were curious to know if anybody has done something else in this situation. Thank you! Clarea Posted September 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2017 Rent a vehicle, keep the bags in the vehicle.
Arubamoose Posted September 20, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 20, 2017 We did a Space Needle/Pikes Market tour through RCCL. We usually don't do ship tours but this one was worth it just for the hassle free factor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JHawk63 Posted September 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2017 We're on the same cruise & in a similar situation, but our flight leaves at 11:50 pm! We are doing as Bob suggested & renting a car from Budget & returning to the airport. We'll put the luggage in the trunk & spend the day seeing things we didn't get to check out when we arrive in Seattle on the 28th.
