Tiramisu

Is Carnival's any good? Was so disappointed with what Princess served. It was very 'bouncy' like an egg custard as opposed to creamy. Just can't do bouncy anything...[emoji15][emoji13]

As I recall it was tasty but we're going back a year. (Actually we're going back 5, I just checked my reviews and didn't comment on having tiramisu on Fascination although we did have it on Pride.)

LOVE :hearteyes: it! Not traditional, but still very good. Served in little white oval dishes on buffet area where dessert are with little sugared twill stick out of it.

 

So yummy. One of my "must have 2 category" for me every cruise.:D

 

PS. I usually snag one as I am leaving and take back to my room and put in fridge for evening snack lol

Do yourself a favor and skip the actual tiramisu and get the tiramisu martini instead. :hearteyes::D

It's on the buffet and the main dining room. My friend said it was better at the buffet.

If I remember correctly, I had it the first night on the Valor this past December. It was a Nutella Tirimisu and I wasn't impressed. Didn't like the Melting Chocolate Cake either. In fact, I can't say I liked any of the desserts I had in the MDR and it takes A LOT for me to not like dessert!!

On the Pride in May had the Nutella Tiramisu the first night in MDR - excellent. Last week on the Sunshine had the Nutella Tiramsu again first night in MDR - good but not as good as on the Pride. The last day on the Lido deck at the chocolate buffet, Chocolate Tiramisu Cake - excellent!

The Tiramisu in Cucina Del Capitano is wonderful in my opinion.

It was okay, but to be fair, I've had Tiramisu at CARMINES in New York on a visit . . . to die for. :D

We really enjoy it. But if you really like tiramisu, go to the food demonstration at the Steakhouse. The sample they give you is delicious.
