Genie help - radio silent for 48 hours now help !!!

we are traveling on the allure tomorrow and I’ve emailed and messaged our genie throu loop but no response for 48 hours.

 

I sent arrival info and still waiting on an excursion request.

 

Is this normal? If not whom to I contact ?

 

Our genie is named Sunil but I have revived responses from Susan.

We are on the Allure leaving on 10/8 and Sunil is our Royal Genie too. I emailed him on Wednesday and as of this morning have not yet heard back from him either. I hope he is OK.

Our genie told us not to use loop but use their email prior to embarkation & phone on the ship. Much faster.

We have found emails typically work better than the Loop. Maybe Sunsil is sick if Susan is responding or perhaps they are exchanging positions and she is going home. Just a guess.

 

We sail on Saturday on Harmony and had 48 hours between our emails with our Genie. They are afterall taking care of other guests on board, even though "we" tend to think they are there just waiting for our requests.
