All depends on the charter operator, if they paid for the perks, you will get them.

The helipad is open to guests. Walk forward on the outside of deck 5.

We are sailing on the 30th of Jan. 2018

When I said a sponsered cruise I didnot mean the whole ship was taken just about 100 cabins, I should have said a charity event for our church. Does that still mean my status as D+ still dosent get a happy hour?

If it's not a full charter, then you should get all the usual perks.
