jeanlyon Posted October 8, 2017 #28 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Just disembarked Oriana this morning after an extra night on board. They will pay out for expenses that are reasonable. For instance, my friend had to get a new National Express ticket and we paid £31 for one more night kennels for the dogs. Problem is I need an email address to send the receipts to and the one they gave me doesn't work. customer.relations@pocruises.com just comes straight back. Anyone know the correct one?
