When I cruised the Conquest in August, they did not have a white hot party.

The "White Hot Party" is an NCL thing, not Carnival.

 

Carnival has had what they call an "Electric White Night" party...which is basically similar. They usually have a blue and red party as well on the deck. :) I'm not sure if it's only certain ships or not, but most we have been on has had them.

I think this is tied into the presence of a Red Frog Pub and the Blue Iguana bar on Lido Deck. They're always fightin' back and forth. Some of us just want a drink, darnit! :)
