Upgrade Question

If I am trying to print Edocs on one of our cabins and I get "The reservation is not yet READY to be retrieved. Try again.. - (Edocs were ready to print for two months). Upgrade banner is gone, Upgrade email is gone. Could it be possible that this cabin is getting upgraded?

 

By 2018's cruising season I will be a pro at this! LOL

Short answer - Yes.

 

We've succesfully bidded & gotten upgraded 4 out of 5 offers made under this new scheme this year, each & every time this happened - it is "processing" and within 24 hours, completed & status will be "upgraded". The suspense is what is the new stateroom being assigned, location & deck, etc.

 

If you have the original upgrade email offer link, it should still be valid - click on it, one offer should be "processing" and the other offer (if made) will be "expired" Don't panic if your credit card charges has been posted or even come up as "pending" - by the time NCL generated a new email, they will submit add up the charges (including adjustment to NCL's travel protection for the new difference).

 

As long as you have the Confirmation/Booking # - it is sufficient, otherwise - by this time tomorrow ... it will be a done deal. Congrats ! :cool:

I had this happen after I booked a shore excursion and obc. I hope it’s an upgrade for you though.
