Tipping question - OBC

We have free gratuities (from TA). I always give more in cash along the way as well. My question is, can I go to guest services and have them add a specific amount extra to my account? We are getting a lot of OBC, and I just don't think we will use it all. We don't drink alcohol, and usually eat in the MDR. I just don't want it to go to waste when it can go to our hard working servers/stewards. Advice?

Yes, Guest Services will give you a form you can use to modify your gratuities.

Bob's suggestion is probably the easiest. But one alternative is to chose a Cash account as your choice when you do your online check-in. Once on board, you can head to the casino cashier, tell them you have a cash account and you wish to withdraw the amount of your OBC in cash. They should give it to you without the customary 5% fee because you have a cash account and not a credit card account. Then you can spread the joy in cash however you like. This is an option but I still think Bob's is the easiest.
