Can somebody please tell me the advantages of platinum membership. Reading the website there are pages and pages but very little "real" advantages. I know with Princess we got some internet time on my last cruise.

Closer to Diamond status

I was SO excited to reach platinum and emerald, and disappointed to find the perks weren't too much better than the previous level. Reaching diamond, however, you get a LOT more perks.
