Looking at a 4day 2019. I would normally just book and get price adjustments if it goes down. However we have a cruise in less than a month. Should I wait for the next cruise offer? I will booking nonrefundable eitherway. Tia

No real advantage to book on board - also, assuming a regular cabin, not much in terms of price swings on such a short cruise. Book when you think it's a good deal. For short sailings off season, sometimes that's inside final payment.
