If you forgot which specialty dining restaurants you picked as well as the date/time, just go to the guest services desk to ask. They would tell you and if you need them to, they would reprint those confirmations for you. You would also go to the guest services desk if you wanted to change your specialty restaurant. On the larger ones (Epic, Getaway etc) then you can see them in your daily planner on the tv in your room.
