Volcano hike, rainforest, Souffa stone

Comparing different tours for our late Nov stop. Any comments on:

1) Carnival excursion Souffa Stone hike with beach.

2) Myislandstours hike and snorkel - full day

3) Volcano hike - 6hr

4) Rainforest hike - 4 hr

Do not know the tour companies for 3 and 4 but they are through the warehouse starting with Cost.
