CruiserBruce Posted November 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Welcome to Cruise Critic! There is an portion of Cruise Critic devoted to Copenhagen, located here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=192 I would ask your questions there, as there are locals active on the board who will be very knowldgable. Yes, a lot of the signage is in English. You will need a PIN and chip credit card for the ticket.

Bizmark'sMom Posted November 16, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 16, 2017 The important signage is also in English, but learn the basic Danish words as well. It makes navigation easier. Also figure out how they are pronounced, so you know when your stop is announced. (Learned that the hard way in Germany!) In the kiosks you need a chip and pin card. If your card is chip and signature, you will have to go to a ticket clerk. If the ticket is cheap, I just use cash. I can't answer the other specific questions. Hopefully somebody else can.
