Been waiting weeks now for an answer to a letter sent to three Directors and have not heard a dicky bird...not even a holding reply pending further investigation of a complaint we raised concerning the poor quality of the food.:( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lots of people here have email addresses that may be useful to you so hopefully they'll help. Sad to hear that the food didn't please you...usually a quiet word with the MD or HD whlst on board will solve any immediate problems....would you care to share your experience.
