So on my last cruise on Fascination we had terrible issues getting wifi to hook up on the ship via the HUB app so I mentioned that to another cruiser and he gave me an actual URL to go to in Google and it worked immediately. For some reason hooking up using HUB app wouldn't work but the link I used it that he gave me. I had no issues after that the entire cruise.

 

Unfortunately I lost that URL link. Has anyone heard of this and if so do you have that website address?

For that to happen you would have had to be connected to ships internet already??? Unless you arranged for service through your cell carrier and were accessing web that way

The Hub App us not wifi. This is why you had terrible issues hooking up. There is no URL for the Hub App.
