Deeside dave Posted December 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2017 Back off Dream on Dec 2nd 2017 and glad to report all well.Only difference from our cruise on Spirit in April is breakfast in the main restaurant no longer has a buffet section. We ate there every morning as there is a very nice menu and no buffet section means sensible portions.Eggs Benedict was fabulous although not available every day.We had cabin 9022 and well worth the extra if your budget runs to it.Entertainment as good as any we have had previously and Jonny from Portugal is a great addition to the team.Alan Roberts the guest comedian was brilliant too.The Destinations manager did a special presentation on Arrecife in Morocco as so many people don't get off there. He sold it to us and many of us took the 10 euro taxi ride to the promenade. Its lovely with lots of upmarket hotels and no hassle. We went on the tourist train which was nice and looked around the bird park( free). So different to Tangier.Go for it and you won't be disappointed

Vitalsign Posted December 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted December 7, 2017 I think it means they had a talk in Arrecife before they got to Agadir in the hope they could sell some tours
Ashby Posted December 7, 2017 #7 Share Posted December 7, 2017 We are also back on the Dream for her repositioning to the Med in April. We were on the Discovery 1 in September and although loved the big windows in the MDR and lifts that work did not like lack of seating in the evening together with no loos on the entertainment deck together with other issues I am looking forward to going back to the Dream as we felt it was much friendlier. Ashby Posted December 7, 2017 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2017 Yes we really enjoyed the theatre seating and shows but found the rest of the evening entertainment very repetitive (we were on for two week) and some of the Venue activities badly thought out and deliveried. Also it took far to long to serve meals - only three corses - often taking over 2 1/2 hours .We had a cabin on the back of deck 8 under the spa and thought that it would be quiet overnight but every night we were woken up by ? trolleys being moved about for a couple of hours. We just put earplugs in but never had this problem before. So all we looking forward to going back to the Old Girl
