I've been trying all night to get on the Princess website and can't. Is anyone else having problems?:( Is that where I make reservations for Sterlings? Will I be able to make it for 3 couples at once?

Unless things have changed since I sailed in October - Sterling's reservations have to be made on board. You can make them the first day when onboard.

 

Using the personalizer - you can make shore excursion and spa reservations (spa reservations are available for most ships online, not sure if all the ships have this online yet).
