Cozumel in December - what to expect from the weather?

We arrive in Cozumel on December 28th. Throughout December, the weather has looked good, but it is beginning to cool off. Is it still warm enough for shorts and to get in the water.? Also, if raining, any great ideas on activities. All adults in the party.

When it comes to weather you never know for sure.

 

It could be warm starting from the moment you arrive or it could be on the cool side and never quite warm up or it could be a combination of both.

 

The odds say it will be nice but you just never know for sure and I have been there many times this time of year including last year.
