Beer price for a pint or small bottle?

Recommended Posts

On my last RCI cruise you could buy Dr aught beer in the pub by the glass but it wasnt always on tap and it was slightly cheaper but it amused me as it was supposed to be an English style pub but they had no pint glasses just long and short wheat beer glasses?

Some of the beers come in larger than 330mml cans like Red stripe and Bass and sometimes they sell fosters oil cans but bottles were all the same.

I am trying to get up to date beer prices from the US board to work out my spend on a 10 nigher as I can easily drink 8 beers a day on sea days, maybe less with the bigger cans

were these prices $US?

If so looks similar to RCI prices but without the 18% which would automaticly be factored into the price of AU/NZ cruises making each beer $8 -$9US

That's why it's best to get Drinks package on RCL. $8 USD Plus for most decent beers in 330Ml bottles or you can get drinks package from $55 USD. So 7 beers a day to break even. Plus you might get a couple of coke or cocktails. So your in front.. My favourite is Carnivals Thirsty Frog on tap (brewed in the Rock's) $8.95 AUS for 555Ml's of 5% pure gold..

We had the drinks package last Royal cruise but it killed our love life lol :p

We were drunk for days! too much temptation to beat the value.
