I've seen many suggestions that people with questions about Cunard contact Babette, due to her longtime expertise. However, her last post was over a year ago and there doesn't appear to be a direct message option. Does anyone have contact info that could be passed along?

Babette is alive, well, and is indeed a wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that CC rules allow for posting any link, or mention of the East Providence, Rhode Island Cruise agency where she works. I wish you luck in your search for her.
