I thought we had booked beverage package and had an invoice from my agent,saying so.Last week someone from their office called to say Oceania had contacted them to say we had not booked a choice.I referred her to my invoice.But since then I am unable to see where this is on my account.I can call my agent,but I want to see for myself,to be sure. YoHoHo Posted January 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 1, 2018 Some TA's send their invoice and not the booking confirmation from the CL. As per previous poster the amenities and such are on O's Guest Statement. If you do not get that forwarded from your TA, it will have O's logo, just ask them for it. However there was a slip up and Oceania had neglected to actually make the change. If it isn't in your guest statement (promotional amenities), there is an error.
