Wonder if charges will apply for our cruise next year. Technically a repositioning cruise and surely with more international passengers.

Also one-ways, e.g. I sailed Ovation out of China and it was charged.

 

I'd expect it's like other rules like e.g. alcohol where you sail out of matters. If sailing from HNL to SYD, the US 21 year age limit applies, whereas if you sail the other way it's the 18 limit.
