Do we get priority for leaving ship while in port?

We are diamond due to transfer from elite on Celebrity. We have our first two cruises on Royal (Radiance of the Seas and Explorer) this April/May.

 

Also, is there priority for leaving the ship that has to go through customs. We will be arriving in Honolulu as our first port back to the USA?

No priority for Diamond.

No priority sorry. One way people can get priority is if they're pinnacle or if they are in a grand suite or higher. Then your concierge can walk you down and through faster if there's a queue. Never needed to ask though as they're pretty good at getting people off fast lol (tender ports are slower)
