Casino win/loss

I am NOT complaining, but on one day I did win a slot jackpot resulting in a 1099, but of course I did not win every day so would like a win/loss statement. Does anyone know who to contact? Celebrity gave me an email address that has not responded. Thanks everyone.

I also hit a jackpot on a cruise and received a 1099 - I tried to get a win/loss statement but did not get one. Because we gamble with Harrah's group, they provide a win/loss and between the two I could write off the winnings. So if you belong to another group - use their win/loss. Otherwise, contact Celebrity and they can direct you to the casino department in Florida and try to get your statement.

LOL, I have been accumulating my several win/LOSS statements but need a little more loss (?) Anyway, waiting to hear back from Celebrity.

Writing to Celebrity OneTouch or calling Captain's Club to secure a Win/Loss Statement will result in your being referred to Celebrity's Blue Chip Club [centralized casino operations are staffed at Miami Corporate Headquarters]...

Strongly suggest you accelerate the process and instead either...

In addition to your name and address it will be helpful if you provide them with information relative to all ships you sailed and played the casino during the prior year [winning and losing trips], the dates of those sailings, and--if you have them--your booking numbers for each of those sailings for validation purposes...

During the past few years, it seems to me that Blue Chip Club has substantially improved their tracking of all casino play [earlier, they needed to contact each ship for play information upon request]... That said--and I don't know their data collection process--it occurs to me that it might still be a bit early to request a Win/Loss Statement that includes gaming activity/history from December [and perhaps, November] 2017...

At tax time in 2017--and I certainly didn't wait until the last possible moment to make my request [i did so in early February]--I had my 2016 Win/Loss statement [consolidated for multiple sailings] via return e-mail within less than a week...
