Is it normal not to have documents issued 29 days before sailing? I know you don't really need anything from them but after all my cruises I've never not had them this late in the game.

No, that is not normal.

Did you book through a TA? In our experience, it sometimes takes the TA a bit to get around to forwarding the docs.

Even if booked through a TA, you should still have access to the reservation and cruise docs through your MyCruises account.

Did you add Air2Sea to the booking? That has delayed our documents in the past.
