Gibbs Cay & Stingray Encounter With Beach Getaway

I did this tour in November and one of the people in our group opted to skip the snorkeling portion. For the sting ray portion, the water is only about 3-4' deep to be able to hold the sting rays. Hope this helps. :)

We did this and you would have to swim somewhat (although they have life jackets) for the snorkeling portion, but the stingray and beach part, you can stand up in. The beach is gorgeous and we definitely enjoyed our day there.

We were looking at Gibbs Cay for an excursion (trip got cancelled) because two of our party are mobility impaired; it would have been great to have them able to interact with the rays without having to clamber down a ladder.
