Error when booking dining/drink packages...

I have been trying for over a week to book dining and drink packages for an upcoming cruise in March. I keep getting an error. Anyone else having issues?

People are constantly having issues with Royal's website.

 

First, you can call RC customer service to place your order.

 

If you want to mess with the website, do the usual: clear cookies, clear cache, try private browsing mode, try a different broswer.

My preferred browser is Chrome, however I tend to have many MANY problems with RCI's website on Chrome. So I switch to Safari or Firefox, and that usually helps.

 

I'm not sure why they have such technical issues with their website, on board wifi, and launch of tech like on board apps. It seems a company with the resources that RCCL has, would be more efficient in the tech area. Apparently it is not really a priority for them.
