What everyone is trying to tell you is that, although making contacts is an intrinsic part of using and reading Cruise Critic, it quickly becomes repetitive.

 

 

To get around this, the moderators have established an area known as "the Roll Calls", wherein passengers who are booked on a particular voyage are literally encouraged to network.

 

These Roll Calls are segregated, first by the Cruise Line, then by the Ship, and finally by the sailing date.

 

To find your specific Roll Call, go to the Oceania Section:

Choose your vessel, and then search for your embarkation date by scrolling down the page or doing a "search".

 

There, you will be dealing only with those Passengers who are “in the same boat”, so there is a much better chance of connecting with like-minded people.
