Hotel Recommendations for Miami?

Looking for hotel recommendations for cruising out of Miami (family of 4 with 2 teens, so probably not South Beach). We will be driving to Miami.

Some hotels are very expensive but they are the best. We booked Marriott Biscayne bay, a room with a view to the cruise port. Also they have a cruise package that includes breakfast and transfer to the ship. If you are looking for a good hotel a less expensive I recommend the best western premier it's in Flagler Street
