The secret decks are great to look out over the rails at the ocean in peace. They are not set up for long term lounging, however - no deck chairs. No chairs of any kind, for that matter. But definitely worth a visit while exploring the ship.

So I’ve changed my cruise; I will be on the Dream 6/24/18 instead! Opted for a longer cruise; still sailing from NOLA & I can’t wait to experience New Orleans!!! I booked a balcony room on Deck 9! Any Dream tips?

I think you'll be glad you changed to a longer trip.

 

My only tip for a first cruise is don't try to do everything. There are non-stop activities scheduled. Don't wear yourself out. One of the nicest things about cruising is just relaxing, taking in the ocean views, the waves, the wake.

Thank you for the tips!! I think initially I was so focused on doing activities but now I’m leaning more towards relaxing on the sea!!
