Premier Cruise offer my buddy did not receive

Anyone out there able to see a Premier offer for Sept 8, 2018, on the Vista, eastern Caribbean? A bunch of friends and I just got off a regular cruise about three weeks ago. We had Premier offers we did not book. I looked in my offers today and there was a new (to me) Premier offer. I jumped on the Vista sailing and called my buddy about it. She did not have any Premier offers for sailing dates beyond June 2018. The offers she sees must be booked by April 5. Mine do too, but my offers include July through September as well. This strikes me as odd. I was a bit surprised to get a Premier offer at all after my January cruise. I didn’t rack up many points. My friend does accumulate more points than I do, very consistently. She does not have any cruises booked. Does anyone know why I might see an offer that she cannot see? I thought the Premier offers were pretty standardized.

I got the premier cruise offer also today and it does show the September 8 for both the Vista and Sunshine.

For what it matters, I do have a cruise booked for July already.
