Carnival Fascination in Sept

Just got email stated that Dominica has been added. Great news since I like diving here. The dive op I've used in the past states on their website that they are closed until further notice. I know the island was hit hard.

 

Any idea if dive ops will open by Sept and condition of the reefs would also be appreciated.

While Dominica is going to be a new stop for AngieInPalmetto and I we are little bummed that there will be no days at sea. I've also noticed that Carnival has just added six excursions available for that day at port.
