OBC Question

Take it out at the casino by paying the 5% fee and you can use it for anything that you like.

If you haven't paid your cruise fare I don't think you'll make it to the casino on-board.

 

OP, it can be used for cruise planner purchases and applied to most purchases made on-board but not applied to the cost of your cruise.

Good point. I was thinking the cost of a future cruise.

Onboard costs include the gratuity, so technically the OBC can be applied to that. Sheila, the OBC is just a credit to your onboard account, just as all costs onboard are debits on that account. And if it is from the cruise line you need to use it up by the end of the cruise.
