There is an automated train that does the trip. No need for a shuttle.

Alamo , National, and Enterprise share a bus to the port and back. Have to show proof that you rented from them to ride.

Yes they do (and I think Thrifty too), but OP was asking about getting from the car rental center to the airport terminal, not POM. ;)

Not unless something has changed - but Avis does offer a shuttle from their downtown location (2nd Street?) to POM.
